  • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details while placing orders.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Once an order is shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary based on location and order value.
  • Free shipping may be available during special offers or on eligible prepaid orders.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
  • In rare situations such as weather, courier delays, or high order volume, delivery may take longer.

4. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears damaged or opened during delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact our support team immediately.
  • An unboxing video is recommended for all orders to help with verification in case of any issue.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Any missing item, wrong product, or delivery-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after the reporting period may not be eligible for support.
