Return & Exchange Conditions

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless an unboxing video is shared within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns are only applicable for:
    • Damaged products
    • Wrong product received
    • Missing items in the package
  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging.
  • Used or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Verification Process

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
  • Our team will verify the issue before approving any request.
  • Dunacare reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification.

Refund & Exchange Timeline

  • Approved exchanges or refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
