Return & Exchange Conditions
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless an unboxing video is shared within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns are only applicable for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product received
- Missing items in the package
- Products must remain unused and in original packaging.
- Used or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Verification Process
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
- Our team will verify the issue before approving any request.
- Dunacare reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification.
Refund & Exchange Timeline
- Approved exchanges or refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
